As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will manage the compliance and quality assurance efforts effectively. Your leadership abilities will be key as you work cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and improve documentation processes. With responsibilities spanning across Canada and the U.S., your strategic direction will enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards
- Oversee investigations for quality concerns
- Lead customer audits and regulatory inspections
- Support the development of quality processes
- Conduct compliance training for internal teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Health Canada or FDA-regulated fields
- B.Sc. in a relevant discipline preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Trackwise eQMS
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Capacity to build effective QA relationships
