As a Quality Assurance Project Manager within the Production Services department, you will be part of the Quality Assurance team. Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Associate Manager, you will manage the quality control efforts on allocated titles. This includes functionality and compliance testing activities, the creation and follow-up of test plans, the validation of test phases from alpha to post release, as well as ownership over information flows between internal and external QA teams, and company stakeholders.

As a Quality Assurance Project manager, you are also responsible for process creation and continual improvement in testing methods to match the game engine evolution and development teams' requests.

Your main responsibilities include (non-exhaustive list):

- Guarantee ownership, administration and communication of all QA related project data and associated risks for all assigned projects - Own the test schedules and test budgets - Create multi-discipline test plans when needed within lead times and budget constraints and communicate them to the external testing providers and other stakeholders - Ensure constant monitoring of the test vendors' activities from start to finish on each project - Create, update, and communicate regular game status information and recommendations to project stakeholders, having an advisory role with development and production - Collate reports and feedback from multi-discipline testing with several external testing teams, ensuring the relevance of test effort VS the game status - Report on overall project progress at each test phase - Organize the bug report database and bug flows creation with all the BNE QA regions - Evaluate the fixing priority of specific bugs according to the title release constraints (schedule, product quality and test budget), communicate it and convince stakeholders of the fixing priority relevance - Analyse and communicate the risks/issues related to submissions of console games and internal approval of PC games and update the relevant stakeholders

Profil

- 3+ years' experience in a QA role (i.e. QA lead/supervisor or similar), with an experience working with development teams, as well as external QA teams - Bachelor or Master's degree in a related field (Game Design, Production, etc.), including project management knowledge - Experience in planning and driving QA processes through the entire development cycle and milestones of a project - Excellent understanding of video games testing methodology, associated tools, and hardware - Proven experience in a process-driven environment and creating / implementing innovative testing procedures and materials - Mastery of Microsoft Office software (Excel, SharePoint...) as well as JIRA (including flow creation, dashboards, and custom filters creation) - Fluent level of English, both written and oral - Team-oriented and collaborative (with both internal and external parties) - Rigorous, conscientious, and curious - Strong sense of organization and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously - Able to adapt and handle workload changes within the year - Able to analyse situations objectively and provide relevant solutions and accurate communication - Proactive in learning and implementing new tools and methods
