We are looking for experienced Electrical and Mechanical QA/QC Engineers to support the delivery of large‑scale data centre projects. These roles will play a key part in ensuring all systems are installed, inspected, and handed over in line with project specifications and industry standards. You will work closely with construction, commissioning, and client teams to drive quality across all stages of the build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures in line with project requirements
  • Review drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Manage ITPs, checklists, and inspection records
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure works are completed to required standards
  • Raise, track, and close out NCRs and quality issues
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance
  • Support system walkdowns, punch listing, and project close‑out
  • Maintain accurate documentation for handover

Electrical QA/QC Responsibilities

  • Inspect installation of HV/MV/LV systems, switchgear, cabling, and containment
  • Ensure compliance with electrical standards and specifications
  • Review and verify test documentation (FAT/SAT, energisation procedures)
  • Support pre‑commissioning and commissioning activities
  • Coordinate with commissioning teams during system testing

Mechanical QA/QC Responsibilities

  • Inspect HVAC systems, piping, ductwork, and associated mechanical installations
  • Oversee pressure testing, flushing, and pre‑commissioning activities
  • Ensure systems are installed in line with drawings and specifications
  • Support water treatment, air balancing, and system validation processes
  • Work closely with commissioning teams through to final handover

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in QA/QC roles on data centre or mission‑critical projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems (electrical and/or mechanical)
  • Experience managing ITPs, inspections, and QA documentation
  • Familiar with commissioning processes and system testing
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, site‑based environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Desirable

  • Previous hyperscale data centre experience
  • Familiarity with tools such as Procore, BIM 360, or similar
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO, ASHRAE, CIBSE, etc
