Quality Assurance Representative

Headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, Professional Environmental Engineers, Inc. (PE) is a full-service environmental consulting firm that specializes in providing cost-effective environmental solutions for both government and commercial clientele. PE is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance Representative to work at a project site in Farmington, Missouri where the commute is billable and a company vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing work plans, health and safety plans, and plans of operation for completeness, accuracy and compliance with contract requirements and applicable statutes and regulations
• Reviewing contractor prepared Daily Quality Control Reports and progress reports.
• Observing and inspecting field construction to include verifying the work is in conformance with the contract requirements and identifying and correcting health and safety hazards.
• Participating in field inspections and assist field personnel in the performance of their quality control duties.
• Entering information daily into the client’s Resident Management System (RMS).

Minimum Requirements

• Between 3-7 years of work experience working at a construction or environmental site. Experience with federal clients is a plus. Contractor Quality Management Training for Contractors is also a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
• Organized with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
• Proficiency in computer software programs, particularly MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• A valid driver's license
• OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER and a current 8-Hr refresher. OSHA 30-Hr certification is a plus.
