About the role

About Us

We’re looking for someone who can take feedback from people testing our products and turn it into useful ideas for improvement. You’ll be the go-to person for gathering what testers are saying and helping different teams understand what changes need to be made.

What You’ll Do

  • Review feedback from testers, including ratings, comments, photos, and videos
  • Look for common themes and figure out what’s working and what isn’t
  • Summarize feedback in a way that’s easy for teams to understand and act on
  • Help during active testing periods (this may include checking in occasionally on weekends)
  • Keep everything organized in a secure system so information is easy to find and use

What You Should Have

  • About 3 years of experience in areas like customer feedback, product testing, research support, or quality programs
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Experience working with feedback or survey tools (like Centercode, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar)
  • Basic to strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets (sorting, filtering, organizing data)
  • Experience putting together simple presentations (PowerPoint or Google Slides)
  • Some familiarity with using AI tools to help speed up work is a plus

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working with product, engineering, or quality teams
  • Experience using project management or customer service tools
