Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a procurement system enhancement initiative within a large enterprise program. This is a 6-month contract (with potential extension), starting ASAP, operating in a hybrid model (2 days onsite). The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support delivery, and ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solution alignment
• Support QA and UAT processes to validate system functionality
• Prepare documentation including process flows, requirements, and analysis reports
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Must-Have Requirements

• 5–7 years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing expectations
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience supporting QA and UAT activities
• Understanding of IT project lifecycle
• Experience within banking or insurance industry
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with procurement system implementations
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
