Job Summary
The Quality Control Data Analyst in Consumer & Business Banking (CBB) Risk plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the bank's Customer Remediation Policy. You will be involved in quality control, research, data compilation, and analysis. We seek candidates with hands-on experience and a solid understanding of front-end systems such as Hogan, CA-View, Fusion, Common Transactions, Safe Box Inquiry, Net-O, MSP, CACS, and Doc Velocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer remediation initiatives by collaborating with issue management and business lines through research and data analysis.
- Exercise credible challenge by taking ownership of the data used in all CBB customer remediation events, ensuring accuracy and verification of data from both internal and external sources.
- Stay informed about changes and trends in banking, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Contribute to various CBB Risk Data Team projects and project implementations as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in SQL/SAS coding.
- Five years of experience with banking systems.
- Five years in a reporting, analytics, or technology environment.
- Strong problem-solving, process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Significant knowledge of applicable laws, financial services regulations, and trends affecting CBB.
- Advanced understanding of CBB products, services, systems, risks, and operational functions.
- Experience with Python.
- Advanced Excel skills and database knowledge.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or TEAMS.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment with multiple layers of review and approval.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with substantial workloads.

Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00.
