Quality Control Professional

Position Summary

Cubitek is seeking a motivated Quality Control professional to support inspection and quality assurance activities within our precision manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a candidate with a mechanical engineering degree (or equivalent) who is eager to learn and grow. We are willing to train the right individual. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of machined and fabricated components
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications
• Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)
• Document inspection results and maintain quality records
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconforming parts
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality system compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and inspection methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained in company-specific processes and systems
