What You'll DoDesign & Elevate Quality Systems • Build, implement, and continuously improve a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that supports high?volume, high?precision manufacturing. • Develop quality processes, documentation, and best?practice standards used across production teams. Drive Quality Performance • Monitor manufacturing processes and perform product inspections to ensure excellence at every stage. • Analyze production data and trends using statistical methods to detect deviations before they impact customers. • Lead root?cause investigations and corrective actions using tools such as 8D, FMEA, and control plans. Ensure Compliance & Readiness • Maintain adherence to ISO standards and industry regulatory requirements. • Support internal and external audits. Champion Continuous Improvement • Initiate and lead improvement projects that enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and strengthen customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to optimize quality throughout the product lifecycle. Lead & Influence • Coach quality technicians and cross?functional team members to elevate the site's quality culture. • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Basic Qualifications (Required) • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline. • 4+ years in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing engineering. • Strong understanding of QMS principles, regulatory standards, and modern quality methodologies. • Hands?on experience with SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, control plans, and root?cause analysis. • Experience with ISO standards and audit processes. • Exceptional communication, teamwork, and problem?solving skills. • Ability to interpret and apply statistical data to real?world production challenges. Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in a technical field. • ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt. • Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. • Background in highly regulated production environments (medical devices, aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics). • Knowledge of DOE, MSA, reliability testing, or other advanced quality engineering tools. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross?functional quality improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results.
