Quality Engineer (IPQC / OQC)

We are currently expanding our operations by establishing a new production facility in Hungary. Your Responsibilities

• Take primary responsibility for IPQC and OQC activities and occasionally support IQC
• Drive continuous improvement of production and quality processes
• Handle customer complaints using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D) and implement corrective actions
• Inspect samples and prepare documentation for PPAP submissions
• Support and participate in customer and certification audits (e.g., ISO / IATF)
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve the quality management system
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with customer requirements

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience in manufacturing quality, preferably in IPQC or OQC functions
• Fluent in Hungarian and English
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PPAP, 8D, 5 Why, SPC)
• Knowledge of ISO and IATF based quality management systems
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
