What Your Workday Looks Like

You start the day with a meeting on the work floor where ongoing quality issues are discussed. Together with colleagues from production, engineering, and supply chain, you look at deviations, improvement points, and ongoing actions. You are the one who quickly sees connections and asks the right questions to get to the core of a problem.

After that, you analyze quality data, perform root cause analyses, and further develop improvement projects. You liaise with suppliers, support audits, and ensure that processes continue to meet the set quality requirements. You also actively think about structural improvements within production and process control. No day is the same, but your goal always remains clear: increase quality, reduce waste, and ensure everything runs better than yesterday.

What You Bring

• A completed bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, quality management, or comparable.
• Experience within a production environment or high-tech manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Experience with root cause analyses and process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
• Good communication skills and the ability to connect departments.
• A proactive attitude and the drive for continuous improvement.
• Independence, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
