For a client company, an important multinational active in the production of fibers for the automotive sector, we are selecting a resource to be included in the staff as:

QUALITY ENGINEER

What you will do

• Collaborate with the QHSE Manager in mapping and redefining company processes to improve efficiency;
• Use tools for measuring production quality such as FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC and related control plans;
• Qualify and monitor company suppliers and handle non-conformity complaints;
• Manage and monitor customer-side non-conformities;
• Organize and manage audits for qualification maintenance;

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or technical diploma;
• At least three years of experience in roles related to quality, gained in modernly organized industrial contexts;
• Good knowledge of IATF 16949;
• Good knowledge of English (Level B2);
• Good knowledge of 8D methodologies;

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Offer

• Contract: permanent employment directly with the company;
• Reference CCNL: CCNL Tessile
• Salary and benefits: Salary range offered: €40,000 - €55,000 + meal voucher indemnity of €7.75 per working day + annual bonus
• Work location: Pizzighettone (CR)
