For a client company, an important multinational active in the production of fibers for the automotive sector, we are selecting a resource to be included in the staff as:
QUALITY ENGINEER
What you will do
- Collaborate with the QHSE Manager in mapping and redefining company processes to improve efficiency;
- Use tools for measuring production quality such as FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC and related control plans;
- Qualify and monitor company suppliers and handle non-conformity complaints;
- Manage and monitor customer-side non-conformities;
- Organize and manage audits for qualification maintenance;
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or technical diploma;
- At least three years of experience in roles related to quality, gained in modernly organized industrial contexts;
- Good knowledge of IATF 16949;
- Good knowledge of English (Level B2);
- Good knowledge of 8D methodologies;
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Offer
- Contract: permanent employment directly with the company;
- Reference CCNL: CCNL Tessile
- Salary and benefits: Salary range offered: €40,000 - €55,000 + meal voucher indemnity of €7.75 per working day + annual bonus
- Work location: Pizzighettone (CR)
