High-growth aerospace manufacturer is hiring a Quality Engineering Lead to support a newly expanded value stream. This is a people-first leadership role with clear runway beyond “Lead” for the right candidate.
Role Highlights
- Lead 5–8 Quality Engineers / QA Techs
- Own NCRs, CAPA, PFMEA, root cause
- Partner closely with Operations & Manufacturing
- Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement culture
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years Quality Engineering experience
- Prior people leadership (Lead / Supervisor / Manager)
- Aerospace or Defense preferred (Medical/Automotive OK)
- AS9100 / ISO 9001, GD&T familiarity
- U.S. Person required
