Make it happen

You will:

• Systematically identify quality problems and classify complaints.
• Create regular analyses, evaluations, and statistics, and derive effective measures for quality improvement.
• Sustainably follow up on measures and prepare or lead complaint meetings.
• Act as a central interface for technology, materials management, and international assembly.
• Constructively clarify technical issues with design and suppliers in case of disruptions or changes.
• Proactively organize and implement process optimizations and product audits.
• Undertake (worldwide) business trips to identify and resolve quality problems with a high escalation level.

Be our forward thinker

You have:

• Completed technical studies (e.g., Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
• Or a technical vocational training with further education as a master craftsman or technician.
• Ideally, further training in quality management according to ISO 9001:2015.
• Relevant professional experience in the quality or complaints environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Pronounced technical understanding and a goal-oriented, independent way of working.
• Are a team player with very good communication skills.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel – including for international assignments.
