Quality Manager – Data Centre Construction

We’re working with a leading general contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects in Frankfurt — one of Europe’s busiest hyperscale markets. This is a site-based Quality Manager role, embedded in project delivery, driving quality standards across complex, fast-track builds.

The Role

• Lead site-level quality management on a major data centre project
• Implement and manage QA/QC systems, inspections, and audits
• Work closely with construction, CSA & MEP teams to ensure compliance
• Interface with client and consultants on quality performance and reporting
• Drive a proactive quality culture on site

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Quality Manager with a General Contractor (essential)
• Background on data centre, mission critical, or large-scale industrial projects
• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes in live construction environments
• Confident managing stakeholders across site teams and client side
