Quality Engineering Manager

About

The Quality Engineering Manager oversees all activities within the Quality Assurance (QA) and Process Engineering departments. This role ensures that all products and processes meet our clients quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. The position is responsible for maintaining robust process control systems, leading problem‑solving, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and driving effective change management.

This leader guides the quality organization, ensures full implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS), and champions continuous improvement across all technical and operational areas of the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in plastics, paper, or related manufacturing industries.
• Lean Six Sigma background strongly preferred.

Plusses

• Experience with injection molding, extrusion, or other plastics‑specific processes.
• Six Sigma, Lean, or similar continuous improvement certification.
