Quality Control Manager – Major Energy Project (Hamburg)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join a large-scale energy project in Hamburg. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a critical phase of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quality control activities across site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and reporting with contractors and stakeholders
• Identify quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager on large industrial or energy projects
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspections, and documentation
• Confident on-site presence with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
