Lead quality assurance efforts for construction projects across Ontario as a Quality Manager. This site-based role demands expertise in developing Project-Specific Quality Plans aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with a minimum of five years in QA/QC or quality management for construction projects. You will develop and maintain quality plans while ensuring compliance with Ontario Building Code and CSA standards. Collaborate with project teams to support effective execution across multiple active sites throughout Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project-Specific Quality Plans for projects
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality standards and regulatory needs
• Serve as on-site quality contact for project teams and authorities
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and manage quality documentation
• Support internal and third-party ISO certification audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code and CSA standards
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification preferred
