About the Role
As a Quality Manager in Project (m/w/d) for energy technology products, you will be responsible for moderating and documenting design and process FMEAs, as well as evaluating measures for verifying quality-relevant customer specifications. You will coordinate qualitative measures within the scope of project industrialization, conduct comprehensive analyses and quality monitoring during the ramp-up phase, and manage the entire sampling process to the customer. Furthermore, you will lead the problem-solving process for defective products during the project phase and conduct both internal and external audits. Finally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of product and process quality within the cross-functional team.
What You'll Do
- Moderate and document design and process FMEAs to ensure quality from the outset.
- Evaluate and define measures for verifying quality-relevant customer specifications.
- Coordinate the timely implementation of quality measures and create quality-relevant documents during project industrialization.
- Be responsible for conducting production acceptance tests (FAT) and monitoring quality during the start-up phase.
- Lead the entire sampling process and be responsible for documentation and completion to the customer.
- Conduct internal and external audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or VDA 6.3) and work closely with a cross-functional team.
What You'll Bring
- Completed technical education (HTL/FH/TU) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable.
- Several years of professional experience in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Purchasing.
- Sound knowledge of quality methods such as APQP4Wind, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and auditor training (System, Process) is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
- Team player, meticulous work ethic, high initiative, and flexibility.

Due to Austrian legal regulations, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Please note that there is a clear willingness for higher compensation considering your individual expectations, expertise, and skills. The minimum salary for this position under the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry, salaried employees, is EUR 52,853.78 gross per year for a full-time position (38.5 h/week).
