We are looking for a Manager to lead our Quantum Safe Cybersecurity Program. This role focuses on preparing the organization for future cybersecurity risks related to quantum computing by implementing secure, future-ready encryption and security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the quantum-safe cybersecurity program • Identify risks related to quantum computing and current encryption methods • Plan and implement quantum-resistant security solutions • Work with IT, security, and compliance teams • Monitor industry trends and ensure regulatory alignment

Requirements:

• Experience in cybersecurity or information security • Understanding of encryption, cryptography, and security frameworks • Awareness of quantum computing risks (basic knowledge is acceptable) • Strong leadership and project management skills • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
