Radio Frequency Technical Director/Expert

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire R&D process of 13.56MHz semiconductor RF power supplies, covering solution design, circuit debugging, prototype development, and performance testing.
• Focus on the development of power specifications such as 1KW, 2KW, 3KW, 5KW, 6KW, and 10KW, adapting to semiconductor application scenarios such as etching and ion implantation.
• Collaborate with the team to complete the technical solution demonstration and technical documentation for RF power supplies, assist in building the R&D testing system, and participate in the selection and debugging of testing equipment.
• Collaborate with supply chain, production, and other relevant departments to promote the transformation of products from prototypes to mass production, solve related technical problems in the R&D and production process, and ensure that product performance meets market demands.
• Participate in building the team's technical capabilities, leveraging personal professional advantages to help improve the team's overall RF power supply development and production capabilities.
• Monitor industry technology trends, benchmark against international advanced technologies, provide rational suggestions for product optimization and technology upgrades, and help achieve import substitution goals.

Job Requirements

• Major Requirements: Priority will be given to candidates majoring in Electronic Information Engineering, RF Engineering, Microwave Communication, Electromagnetic Fields and Wireless Technology, or related fields, with a solid foundation in RF-related technologies.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the entire technology stack, including FPGA, DSP, analog RF, matching networks, and control algorithms. Core requirement is RF power supply development capabilities; prior R&D or production experience is preferred. Familiarity with 13.56MHz RF power supply technologies and semiconductor equipment RF systems is a plus.
• Experience Requirements: Prior experience in RF power supply, semiconductor-related R&D, testing, or production is preferred.
