Railway Maintenance Project Manager (ECM)

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage service contracts with international railway clients, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Oversee project planning, execution and performance monitoring, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline and technical specifications
• Act as primary technical interface with clients, managing change requests, claims and evolving operational requirements
• Ensure fleet compliance with the EU regulations and ECM 3 and 4

Requirements

• Degree as Technician or Engineer
• Minimum 3 years of experience in railway infrastructure
• Proven experience in railway works supervision, technical operations or heavy equipment maintenance
• Strong understanding of railway rolling stock and fleet management principles
• Knowledge of ECM Levels 3 and 4 (highly desirable)
• Fluency in German or French
• Swiss residency or willingness to relocate to Switzerland
• Willingness to travel up to 25 % of working time
• Flexibility to live in Switzerland and work from a home office, preferably close to Geneva
