Were looking for a technically strong, forward-thinking engineer to operate at the intersection of RAN design, OSS, and intelligent automation. If you enjoy translating design into real-world network performance and building smart, automated solutionsthis role is built for you.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll play a critical role in ensuring network consistency, performance, and scalability through:
- Turning Design into Action Translate RAN baseline designs into implementable, policy-driven configurations.
- Driving Automation & Policy Management Configure and maintain baseline policies within advanced automation platforms, ensuring seamless enforcement.
- Hands-On OSS Implementation Execute configuration changes directly within vendor OSS/NMS environments (Ericsson or Nokia).
- End-to-End Network Configuration Support datafill and parameter deployment across 2G, 4G, and 5G networks.
- Building Smart Automation Develop and maintain Python-based automation workflows to streamline operations.
- Closed Loop Automation Configure and support intelligent feedback mechanisms to optimise network performance.
- Ensuring Compliance Perform baseline audits, identify gaps, and drive remediation.
- Collaborating with Experts Work closely with RAN design teams and stakeholders to align on requirements and delivery.
- Operational Support Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youll Bring

Core Experience
- Strong background in RAN Configuration Management
- Hands-on experience with Ericsson or Nokia OSS tools
- Deep understanding of 4G and 5G parameters
- Experience with datafill and live network environments
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python
Bonus Points For
- Multi-vendor RAN exposure (Ericsson & Nokia)
- Experience with SON, SMO, or O-RAN concepts
- Exposure to policy-driven automation platforms
- Background in managed services or customer-facing roles
