Role Overview
Looking for a hands-on Paid Media Operations Manager to manage, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on compliance and performance in a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Set up, QA, and launch campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign delivery
- Implement tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversions)
- Ensure proper targeting, creative rotation, and pacing
Platform Expertise
- Act as SME for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Stay updated on platform changes and ad policies (especially financial ads)
- Advise on campaign structure, bidding, and audience targeting
Operations & Compliance
- Build and maintain SOPs for campaign setup and reporting
- Ensure all campaigns meet financial/regulatory compliance standards
- Improve processes for efficiency and risk reduction
Reporting & Optimization
- Track performance, budgets, and campaign health
- Identify issues and recommend optimizations
- Work with analytics teams on dashboards and insights (lead quality, conversions)
Collaboration
- Partner with compliance, legal, media, and analytics teams
- Coordinate with platform reps (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Work with vendors as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in paid media/digital advertising operations
- Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Experience in regulated industries (preferably financial services)
- Strong understanding of targeting, campaign performance, and metrics
- Experience with tracking (pixels, tags, QA)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Funnel.io or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management skills
Preferred
- Experience managing large-scale/enterprise campaigns
- Knowledge of financial advertising regulations
- Experience with tools like Workfront
- Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
