Role Overview

Looking for a hands-on Paid Media Operations Manager to manage, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, with a strong focus on compliance and performance in a financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Set up, QA, and launch campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign delivery
  • Implement tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversions)
  • Ensure proper targeting, creative rotation, and pacing

Platform Expertise

  • Act as SME for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Stay updated on platform changes and ad policies (especially financial ads)
  • Advise on campaign structure, bidding, and audience targeting

Operations & Compliance

  • Build and maintain SOPs for campaign setup and reporting
  • Ensure all campaigns meet financial/regulatory compliance standards
  • Improve processes for efficiency and risk reduction

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track performance, budgets, and campaign health
  • Identify issues and recommend optimizations
  • Work with analytics teams on dashboards and insights (lead quality, conversions)

Collaboration

  • Partner with compliance, legal, media, and analytics teams
  • Coordinate with platform reps (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Work with vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in paid media/digital advertising operations
  • Hands-on experience with Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Experience in regulated industries (preferably financial services)
  • Strong understanding of targeting, campaign performance, and metrics
  • Experience with tracking (pixels, tags, QA)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Funnel.io or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and project management skills

Preferred

  • Experience managing large-scale/enterprise campaigns
  • Knowledge of financial advertising regulations
  • Experience with tools like Workfront
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
