This is a Senior Marketing Analytics / Insights Manager who analyzes marketing performance and guides strategy using data

  • As the Marketing Insights Manager, you will be a critical thought partner to marketing leaders on highly visible and complex marketing initiatives.
  • These are fully integrated initiatives across paid, earned, and owned channels, spanning a broad range of campaign types - from account-based marketing and brand programs to demand and lead-generation efforts.
  • The role requires a seasoned marketing analytics leader and storyteller who can connect data sources, distill key performance drivers, and translate insights into clear, strategic, and executable actions that drive business impact.
  • This role owns the performance insights for marketing across the full funnel, including data collection, quality control, synthesis, and performance storytelling.
  • You will work alongside channel owners to ensure performance narratives are grounded in accurate data, clearly surface key drivers, and translate findings into focused recommendations that marketing teams can act on.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with marketing leaders and channel owners to craft measurable goals that ladder to enterprise strategy and maximize the impact of marketing investments
  • Provide actionable insights and analysis for marketing initiatives across multiple channels, distilling key drivers and recommending focused optimizations.
  • Analyze and surface trends in our marketing funnel for marketing and non - marketing leaders to understand key performance drivers and gaps.
  • Own web analytics and integrated storytelling, leveraging Adobe and Google Analytics to understand customer behavior, journeys, and conversion performance across experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience within insurance or other financial service - marketing industries that use digital content and marketing channels to drive engagement and demand.
  • hands - on experience with marketing campaign analytics, insights and performance measurement roles
  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, Ahrefs with demonstrated experience using web analytics to inform marketing performance and customer behavior insights.
  • Proficiency in identifying areas of opportunity within marketing campaigns and presenting to business stakeholders
  • Well - versed in paid media and owned - channel reporting, with the ability to connect channel - level performance into an integrated, executive - ready narrative
