Your Tasks
- Drive bio-compatibility activities across projects by providing expert assessments, guidance, and actionable recommendations
- Lead and coordinate biocompatibility strategies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve systems, procedures, and protocols related to biocompatibility
- Plan, execute, or coordinate testing programs and scientific justifications to demonstrate product conformity
- Act as a key interface between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on biocompatibility topics
Your Profile
- Master's degree or higher degree (University, FH) in (applied) Natural Science, Toxicology or similar; experience with evaluation of biocompatibility of medical devices or comparable field in pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and sound, objective judgment combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management experience and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary, cross-functional teams
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments while managing priorities in a structured and efficient manner
- Professional communication style with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences

Further information
Minimum Salary Annual gross salary from € 58,941.41, based on professional qualification and experience.
