Job Description
The Program Manager supports the delivery of product development projects across the full lifecycle, from concept and design through development, manufacturing readiness, launch, and commercialization. Working closely with a Senior Program Manager or Program Leader, this role coordinates crossfunctional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with design control, regulatory, and quality system requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of moderately complex product development projects, including commercialization, gotomarket, and launch activities.
- Create, maintain, and communicate project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and integrated business plans.
- Coordinate crossfunctional inputs, identify interdependencies, and escalate risks and issues as needed.
- Participate in design and development activities, applying standard tools, processes, and design control methodologies.
- Ensure quality execution of project activities, including compliance with documentation standards, data accuracy, and regulatory and quality requirements.
- Support team effectiveness by tracking actions, facilitating meetings, and promoting accountability across functions.
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business required; engineering degree preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in program or project management within the MedTech and/or Pharma (device) industry.
- Solid experience with product development design control methodologies.
- Proven experience in budget management, forecasting, and milestone reporting.
- PMP certification, MBA, or business qualification is a plus.
- Exposure to systems engineering concepts or connected medical device technologies is desirable.
