Senior Project Manager – Real Estate Development

Salary: $150K–$200K DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from feasibility and pre-construction through final delivery
• Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and bidding processes
• Monitor timelines and costs, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget
• Work closely with ownership, providing regular updates and reporting
• Supervise site managers and support on-site execution
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and local regulations

Qualifications

• Strong experience in real estate development and construction project management
• Proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Deep understanding of construction processes, codes, and industry standards
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
