React Developer / Lead

You will own the development and leadership of responsive, high-performing web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using React.js and Angular.
• Lead and mentor the front-end team, enforcing coding standards and Agile practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with design and backend teams.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and drive technical direction for team members.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Angular (2+), Redux, and React Hooks.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and JSON.
• Proficiency with version control using Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading front-end teams or projects.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Node.js, or full-stack development.
