As a Senior React Frontend Engineer, your role involves acting as a technical bridge between AI research prototypes and production‑grade user interfaces. You will focus on building intuitive, scalable, and high‑performance front‑end applications for GenAI‑powered systems, enabling seamless interaction with AI agents, workflows, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable React‑based applications using modern architecture principles.
• Translate AI proof‑of‑concepts into production‑ready UI components and workflows.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend components.
• Develop interfaces to visualize AI agent outputs, workflows, and insights.
• Ensure intuitive UX for complex AI‑driven features.
• Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to reflect AI model behavior accurately in UI.
• Optimize application performance, rendering efficiency, and bundle size.
• Implement error handling, loading states, logging, and monitoring.
• Ensure frontend resiliency and fault tolerance.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers and environments.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and Git‑based workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
• Support security testing and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Required

• Strong proficiency in React (hooks, component lifecycle, architecture).
• Expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Hands‑on experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar state management tools.
• Strong understanding of component‑based architecture and frontend design patterns.
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
• Understanding of data flow and asynchronous programming.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with GenAI applications and AI‑driven interfaces.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
