About the Role

We are seeking a skilled React Js Frontend Developer to build scalable, maintainable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate must be experienced with modern frontend frameworks, state management, form handling, and validation libraries, along with strong critical thinking and ability to manage complex UI state.

Responsibilities • Build responsive, reusable UI components and layouts. • Implement client-side state, caching, and API integrations. • Handle forms securely and efficiently with validation schemas. • Ensure optimized performance and cross-browser compatibility. • Collaborate with backend, QA, and design teams. • Troubleshoot UI issues and improve code quality. • Participate in architectural and state management decisions.

Required SkillsCore Frontend Tech • React • TypeScript • TailwindCSS • Form handling using Formik / React Hook Form • Schema validation using Zod / Yup • Data fetching using TanStack Query / RTK Query • State management using Redux / Zustand / Context API

Styling & Layout • Responsive design using Flex / Grid • SCSS / SASS experience

Engineering / Thinking Ability • Strong critical thinking and debugging • Understanding of data structures + algorithmic thinking for UI optimization • Experience handling complex frontend state

Optional Skills (Good to Have) • Next.js • shadcn/ui • dnd-kit for drag-and-drop
