React/Node Engineering Manager – Hybrid in Northern VA – $185k-250k + Equity

Who You Are:

• Must live local in the Northern VA/Washington DC/MD area • 7-10+ years of full stack JavaScript experience using TypeScript, React, and Node • Experience as a Manager or Tech Lead • Previous startup experience heavily preferred

What You'll Do:

• Manage a team of 4 Engineers while remaining hands on • Lead architecture, design, and development of new B2B web features from end-to-end • Collaborate with leadership to build a new platform from the ground up • Work with cutting edge web technologies and AI tools

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected range for this role is $185,000 to $250,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate, and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
