CBIZ Talent Solutions is excited to partner with a dynamic and expanding real estate firm in the search for a detail‑oriented Real Estate Asset Reporting Analyst. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to drive impactful financial analysis, operational insights, and asset management support within a collaborative and growth‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze property management and financial reports
• Track income, expenses, and occupancy, flagging issues for management
• Prepare cash flow, debt, and performance analytics
• Assist with compliance documentation and operational improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ relevant experience
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; Yardi Voyager experience a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information and multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation

$65K‑$85K
