Role Description

The Real Estate Marketing Assistant role is based in Mount Airy, MD with market areas that include Carroll, Frederick, Western Howard, Upper Montgomery and Eastern Washington Counties in Maryland and just over the Maryland border into Pennsylvania. Responsibilities will include managing the marketing of the team, including social media and print campaigns, supporting sales initiatives from start to finish on both listings and sales, maintaining regular communication with team leader and clients as directed, and providing stellar customer service.

This role can be part-time or full-time. Compensation is negotiable and can be based on salary and/or commission.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • A Maryland Real Estate License is required - and if not currently licensed, the time, willingness and ability to pursue a license.
  • Experience or Education in Sales & Marketing for assisting in the promotion and listing of residential properties and for assisting buyers in purchasing residential properties.
  • Organizational and time management skills for completing tasks efficiently and prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms

Requirements
