We are seeking a Director of Agent Growth & Performance to help expand our sales roster, strengthen our culture, and elevate agent performance as the team continues to grow.
This role is ideal for a confident, hands-on leader who understands both the art of recruiting and the discipline of sales leadership. The right candidate is energized by people, skilled at identifying talent, and capable of helping agents grow into consistent producers. They communicate with clarity, uphold high standards, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where development and growth are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively recruit agents who align with our culture and growth expectations
- Conduct interviews, present the team value proposition, and manage a pipeline of prospective agents
- Assist agents in conversations, follow-up, prospecting, and foundational sales skills
- Partner with agents through regular check-ins to help them reach their goals
- Assist agents with questions and deal-doctoring
- Support new agent onboarding to ensure successful integration into the team
- Monitor performance indicators and collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a culture of professionalism, positivity, and continuous development
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Skilled recruiter with the ability to identify talent and influence decision-making
- Confident in providing guidance and helping agents advance their skills and production, deal doctoring
- Motivational and steady, with strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working with performance indicators to support agent development
- A Florida Real Estate License
