About the role

Responsibilities

  • Reception duties, welcoming clients, and handling calls/emails
  • General office administration, file management, and scanning
  • Arrangements for internal and external functions and basic marketing support
  • Assistance with tax administration and client onboarding (forms, FICA, data capturing)
  • Following up on debtors and maintaining notes on the system
  • SAICA/SAIPA administration for staff
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
  • Supporting management and directors to reduce administrative workload
  • Other reasonable duties as requested by management

Requirements

  • Matric certificate
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent Afrikaans and English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Professional attitude and good client service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently
