About the role
Responsibilities
- Reception duties, welcoming clients, and handling calls/emails
- General office administration, file management, and scanning
- Arrangements for internal and external functions and basic marketing support
- Assistance with tax administration and client onboarding (forms, FICA, data capturing)
- Following up on debtors and maintaining notes on the system
- SAICA/SAIPA administration for staff
- Travel and accommodation arrangements for staff
- Supporting management and directors to reduce administrative workload
- Other reasonable duties as requested by management
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent Afrikaans and English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Professional attitude and good client service skills
- Ability to prioritise and work independently
