- 2+ years of pure recruitment coordinator experience within a high-volume, and a fast paced corporate environment
- Workday experience (open)
- Experience working with senior leaders
- Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload; as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)
- Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
- Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt
Nice-to-have Skills / Experience / Qualifications

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
