Duration: 3-Month Contract

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiter for a 3-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced recruiting and is open to short-term project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring manager
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a contract capacity

Compensation

• $28.85-$33/hr
