Location: Remote or Cologne

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for the operational area "Active Sourcing / Recruiting Process".
• Independent end-to-end support of selected vacancies in direct search.
• Support over 250,000 applicants, expand data.
• Conception, piloting, and rollout of new recruiting approaches, e.g. job matching tools.
• Support the Head of Department Recruiting & Direct Search in optimizing processes and daily operational business, as well as representing them in their absence.
• Proactive consulting of managers (close cooperation with the entire management level up to the managing director on all HR issues).
• Preparation of relevant key figures and derivation, implementation of improvement measures, and project support.

Your Profile:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in HR, ideally in recruiting or active sourcing.
• Initial leadership experience desirable.
• Create and design out-of-the-box recruiting concepts.
• Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on personnel management.
• Knowledge of online recruiting and proactive candidate outreach via social media platforms, job boards, and databases, etc.
• Knowledge of offline recruiting, applicant acquisition & management via live events, telephony / video telephony, etc.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
