Position Overview

We are seeking a high performing Hybrid Recruiter / On-Site Account Representative to support one of our key customers while also driving recruiting efforts across multiple accounts. This role is a unique blend of client facing on-site support (40%) and remote recruiting (60%), requiring strong relationship management, organization, and recruiting.

The ideal candidate thrives in both environments: building partnerships on-site with a client, while maintaining high recruiting remotely and individually driven. Please do not reply to this ad if you want remote work only.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Account Support (40%)

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for a designated customer
  • Build strong relationships with client supervisors and leadership
  • Manage daily staffing needs, including:
    • Attendance tracking
    • Headcount alignment
    • Shift check-ins and employee support
  • Address employee relations issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with safety, onboarding, and client-specific requirements
  • Conduct floor walks and maintain visibility with both client and associates
  • Partner with recruiting team to communicate real-time hiring needs

Remote Recruiting (60%)

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for multiple accounts
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including:
    • Job postings
    • Candidate outreach
    • Interview scheduling
    • Hiring and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain consistent pipeline activity to meet fill-rate goals
  • Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to track candidate progress
  • Partner with internal teams to prioritize openings and align on hiring strategy
  • Deliver strong candidate experience from first contact through placement

Qualifications

  • Recruiting/staffing industry, or customer-facing experience (staffing industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively between on-site and remote responsibilities
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Approximately 40% on-site at assigned customer location
  • Approximately 60% remote work from home
  • Flexibility required to support client needs and recruiting demands
