Your tasks

  • The Active Sourcer m/f/d identifies, analyzes, and recruits suitable candidates m/f/d for open positions through proactive outreach via digital networks, databases, and talent pools. The goal is to inspire qualified talents for the company early on and to efficiently support the recruiting process.
  • Planning, steering, and implementing active sourcing activities for various target groups, especially in the IT and Security environment
  • Accompanying job briefings and identifying and approaching potential candidates
  • CV screening and conducting pre-screening phone calls to assess the suitability of potential candidates and applicants
  • Conception, setup, and maintenance of the talent pool as well as management of personnel service providers
  • Supporting recruiters in the selection process, e.g. appointment coordination, conducting, preparing and following up on interviews, candidate communication, rejection management, etc.
  • Participation in external personnel marketing measures, e.g. creation and publication of job advertisements, preparation and support of recruiting events, etc.
  • Maintenance of the recruitment software solutions and tools used, as well as promotion of knowledge transfer through training, coaching, and mentoring.

Our requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economic Psychology, Communication, or similar fields
  • Several years of experience in the targeted search for qualified talents on social networks (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.), databases, and talent pools, especially in the IT/Security sector
  • Tool Handling: At least three years of professional experience in the targeted search and approach of candidates in the IT/Security field and confident use of various relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Google Search, etc.
  • IT affinity and tool knowledge, especially confident use of modern search techniques – Boolean Search, to achieve precise results
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems, especially SuccessFactors
  • Language skills in German at least C1 level and English at least C1 level
