About
We are adding to our HR Team because of growth. We would like someone with 3-6 yrs of experience as a Recruiter within the staffing industry.
Responsibilities
- Identifying candidates for openings with our clients in the area of IT, Professional, Accounting, Supply Chain, HR and customer services.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills and follow‑up skills both in person and electronic communication.
- Negotiating pay rates and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
- Handling candidate profiles in our HRIS database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting or HR
- 3+ years' of experience working as a Recruiter in a staffing company
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
