POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is currently looking for a recruiter to join our thriving & experienced national recruiting division. This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and/or accounting this could be the position for you! The Role

  • Own the full life-cycle recruiting process, from business development and client intake through candidate placement and post-hire follow-through.
  • Build and manage a high-quality book of business by delivering contract, consulting, and permanent hiring solutions.
  • Execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using referrals, networking, direct outreach, and market mapping.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand talent needs, advise on market conditions, and deliver timely results.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client pipelines within the firm’s ATS and CRM platforms.
  • Consistently develop and expand long-term client relationships through consultative selling and repeat placements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of agency recruiting experience with a track record of success in a full-desk or production-oriented role.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with high expectations and autonomy.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage priorities, drive results, and grow a desk independently.
