Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Morrisville, NC, for an OPT Recruiter. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates, with a focus on hiring OPT (Optional Practical Training) candidates. Day-to-day activities include developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with candidates and clients, conducting interviews, coordinating placement activities, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to align hiring practices with business needs while maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, including familiarity with full-cycle recruitment practices.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and client management skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- A solid understanding of employment regulations and industry practices related to OPT candidates, immigration processes, and work authorizations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for recruiting purposes.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site collaborative team environment in Morrisville, NC.
- Experience in technical or specialized verticals is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
