Addison Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process and help attract top talent. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers)
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Developing and posting job descriptions across job boards and internal systems
  • Sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Extending offers and supporting negotiation and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
  • Continuously improving recruiting processes and candidate experience

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of recruiting experience, including government contracting and corporate roles
  • Experience recruiting in compliance-driven organizations
  • Background in HR processes and employee life cycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • ATS experience required
  • Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools a plus (BI/Dashboards)
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively
