Aravana Group is looking for a motivated individual to help grow our Employment Division by recruiting new employer clients. This role focuses on reaching out to businesses, building relationships, and bringing in companies that need hiring support.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to businesses (calls, emails, walk-ins) to offer staffing services
• Identify companies that are actively hiring
• Onboard new employer clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Work closely with the team to match employers with candidates

Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
• Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
