Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Belgrade, MN. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Additional duties include posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes for new hires. The Recruiter will also contribute to outreach programs, job fairs, and other initiatives to enhance the employer brand.

Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, recruitment, and talent acquisition skills
• Proficiency in screening, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and team members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with human resources practices, compliance, and onboarding processes is a plus
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
