Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Recruiter for an on-site role located in Ashburn, VA. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals to meet the needs of our clients. This role involves creating effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with potential candidates and local organizations, maintaining onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Recruiter will work closely with the management team to meet staffing goals and support the delivery of exceptional care services.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and sourcing qualified candidates
• Strong Interviewing, Networking, and Relationship-Building skills
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), resume reviews, and job postings
• Knowledge of compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations
• Organizational, Communication, and Time-Management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Prior experience in healthcare staffing or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
