We are seeking an organized, driven, and people-focused Recruiter to help us attract and hire top talent across multiple departments including production, sales, customer service, and office support.

Position Summary

The Recruiter will play a key role in the company’s growth by managing the full recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding. This person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with a variety of personalities, and helping create a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job ads across multiple hiring platforms
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
• Attend hiring events and job fairs as needed
• Help maintain a strong company culture and employer brand
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and interviewing candidates
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions at once
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Experience using job boards such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter is a plus
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
