Connect Search is recruiting a Recruiter for a manufacturing company in the Mequon area.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting and hiring needs, including posting and marketing of open jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, assisting in hiring decisions and extending job offers.
• Create job descriptions.
• Conduct onboarding activities.
• Source candidates to fill open positions
• Conduct prescreening interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews
• Complete preemployment activities such as drug testing, reference, and background checks for potential employees.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
